Every now and then, I will make a post about recent trailers, so here is the first!
The Dark Knight Rises
There are few people who are not excited about this film! Let's face it, it is predicted that this film will hit $1 billion at the box office in no time. Christopher Nolan's epic conclusion to the Batman series should be this years number 1# blockbuster. Hopefully, it doesn't suck. Well, this trailer reveals clip of action, tense moments and it definitely pumps you up to see it.
Next to the next Batman film, this is my most anticipated of the year, and it will be a long wait. Being released in December will be a long wait, but I am sure it's worth it. In this trailer, we get to see Bilbo Baggins back in the day, and all those dwarves who come to his house at Bag End. I cannot wait to see Peter Jackson back in action!
Jack and Jill
What is it with cross-dressing comedy recently? First Big Momma, now this. It looks painfully stupid. Once more Adam Sandler is going to make a pile of cinema s**t.Know what the worst part is? Al Pacino will be in it as himself. The only thing keeping me watching this is to see how bad it is, but I will not be seeing it in a cinema. The trailer shows the films crappy jokes, idiotic acting from Sandler and pure annoyance. Watch it at your own risk film buffs.
God, this thumbnail makes me want to punch this guy.
The Woman in Black
Whoa doesn't Harry Potter boy Daniel Radcliffe look old now? So manly compared to the boy with round glasses we knew from the Potter series. The film looks dark, mysterious and very exciting.
Man on a Ledge
Well, the trailer makes the film seem a little broader than just being about a man wanting to jump off a ledge for its whole duration as it swaps between events and him standing on the ledge. I can't say I am very excited about it, but I am willing to give it a try.
Oh god, someone gouge my eyes out. What does this look like? A failed attempt to reinvent a story-tale and make it a loud-mouthed mainstream comedy. Look what happened to poor Red Riding Hood in 2011. And we're getting 2 Snow White films this year for some reason. This is the more family friendly one. The story looks idiotic, horrible predictable and offensive to midgets. I don't think I will even watch this to see if it is bad.
